News from Academic Affairs
FACTS: Important dates you need to know
As a student you have a lot to keep track of! That’s why the University Registrar posts many of important dates and deadlines all in one spot. Dates for the current semester are highlighted on their homepage (https://registrar.osu.edu/), and you can also view academic calendars and dates from previous or future terms.
Here’s an important one coming up: Students can still enroll in a full-term course this week, but instructor permission is required. Students cannot add a course after this Friday (9/4) without additional approvals from their departments and the college. The last date to drop a course without a “W” (Withdrew) on your record is Friday, September 18.
ACTIONS: Clean your masks!
Now that we’re all wearing masks, it’s a good time to share tips for how to properly wear, handle, and clean them. Check out this written guidance and video on mask usage from Safe & Healthy Buckeyes. If you’re using disposable PPE items, be sure to properly dispose of them to keep our campuses clean.
