URGENT HIRING - COVID-19 Testing Assistant
Position Description: Part of Ohio State’s plans to return to campus operations includes mandatory weekly COVID-19 testing for all students at all ranks who live in residence halls or university-managed housing, coupled with regular testing of random samples of asymptomatic undergraduates students who live off campus. Student testing assistants are needed to assist in the sampling process.

Horticulture and Crop Science Greenhouses Open Position!
Greenhouse Research Assistant - OARDC
Maintaining equipment and greenhouses in the Horticulture and Crop Science Department on the OARDC campus: 1. Plant, water, fertilizes, and maintains greenhouse plants per specifications for each research project 2. Prepares soil mixes; mixes and applies fertilizers 3. Install and maintains irrigation systems; participates in designing modification and/or adaptations to irrigation system to meet specific needs. 4. Help take down and hang new lights 5. Cleans and maintains greenhouse and growth chamber facilities(sweeping and hosing greenhouse rooms and hallways, washing pots, dumping trash) 6. Integrated pest management (IPM) in existing crop-protection techniques and strategies to control pests and disease. - The ability to work as part of a group or independently - The ability to perform basic computing tasks involving word processors and spreadsheets - Must be reliable, responsible and hard working.
