Encouragements: take care of yourself
We're halfway through the semester! This has truly been a semester unlike any other, and many of us are experiencing increased stress, anxiety, or feelings of burnout. Some things you can do to take care of yourself: Stay healthy by getting adequate rest, nutrition, and exercise. Block time into your weekly schedule for connecting with others and some downtime. Check in on a fellow Buckeye. Boost your mood with the Kind Song Playlist. If it’s an assignment or course topic that is really stressing you out, attend your instructor’s office hours if you can; you might find other students have the same concerns, and your instructor is the likely the best person to help!
