  5. Motivate Your Middle

    MOTIVATE YOUR MIDDLE: In-Person workshop

    This one-day in-person workshop for student leaders will help you develop skills to help motivate the members of your organization. The workshop will look at the concept of Motivating the Middle by TJ Sullivan to help leaders understand how different members of their organization are motivated in a variety of ways. 

    Workshop Format: A mix of content and interactive exercies for student leaders to take and apply to their org! Get more out of the session if two or more from your org attend!!!

    When: Tuesday, November 17th at 6:00 - 7:00 pm

  6. Are you an American Degree recipient?

    Collegiate FFA would like to reach out to all American Degree recipients to fill this out to collect their information for a recognition ceremony that we would like to begin planning for spring semester.   12. Campus Change Transition Process

    Planning to Transition to columbus in SP21?

    Please contact Cate Hunko.1, Transition Counselor, as soon as possible to get enrolled in the Transition modules and submit a campus change request form. 

    The Transition Modules, Campus Change Request form, and quiz have all been reworked.  If you are planning to Transition in Spring 2021 please contact Cate as soon as possible. Freshman are welcome to contact Cate for general information about the process with no obligation.

    The 2021-2022 FAFSA application is available to complete and submit for next school year.  In addition, take the time to complete the Ohio State ATI/CFAES scholarship application.     The OSU/ATI CFAES scholarship application is now live for the next academic year!  DO NOT WAIT TO APPLY!   

    If you plan to return to ATI next year or continue on to Columbus and plan to have a 2.0 GPA or higher, be sure to fill out the application to be considered for scholarship funding!  Scholarships are distributed based on many factors, not just academic performance! 

    If you plan to return to ATI next year you will select ATI/Wooster for your campus.  If you will be transitioning to Columbus AFTER this Spring, you will select the Columbus campus.  It is VERY important that you select the correct campus as awards do not cross campuses.

    COVID-19 has been challenging for all of us and our students are no exception. All Ohio State ATI undergraduate students are invited to participate in a focus group to share more about your experiences with being a student this semester. This is your opportunity to have your voice heard in regards to your academic experience, campus engagement, interaction with support services, as well as your mental health and well-being. The results will reviewed by the campus Retention Task Force and shared with faculty and staff for further consideration.

  16. Give Back to Wooster Really Recovered Home with Franklin RA's

    Hey BUCKEYES,

    The Franklin RA's are hosting a give back program. This program is for the benefit of the Wooster Really Recovered Home. This home helps gentlemen who are without a place to live, getting out of rehab, or being released from jail get back on their feet to establish a new foundation of life. These men are coming to the Really Recovered Home with nothing but the clothes on their backs. Franklin RA's are creating care baskets for the men in the home to help them kick start their new beginning. We would truly appreciate any kind of assistance from you. Whether it is coming to the program on November 23rd at 6:30pm in the housing office to package and write encouraging notes, or simply donating any of the needed items listed below. Any kind of contributions would be greatly appreciated by the Frankin team , as well as the men at the Really Recovered Home. Any items donated would need to be at the housing office by Friday November 20th at 4:30pm. Thank you in advance!!

    Student Assistant Position at OARDC Available

    Immunology and virology focused research lab in the Food Animal Health department has a position opened for a research assistant specializing research animal care.

    Experience with pig handling and care is helpful. In addition to caring for the pigs, general lab maintenance is needed, specifically autoclaving supplies, restocking lab supplies, labeling collection tubes, preparing solutions and media.

    Additional assistance is needed on necropsy days with animal restraint, collection of animal samples, tissue processing and storage of samples. This person will comply with lab and federal animal care protocols and go through the training requirements.
