Buckeye spirit isn't just about who can wear the most scarlet and gray on game day; it's acts of kindness for others, displays of creativity in your living environment, community outreach and service and creating community while embracing the Buckeye Pledge.
Is Buckeye spirit your middle name? The Office of Student Life is looking for the top three Most Spirited Buckeyes from each of Ohio State’s six campuses. Do you know a Buckeye or group of Buckeyes that would qualify to be most spirited? Nominate them or yourself today!

The nomination form will close at midnight on November 7.
Application Eligibility Requirements:
- All currently enrolled Ohio State students across all six campuses. This includes on and off-campus, commuter undergraduates and graduate and professional students.
- All student recipients must be in good academic standing with the university.
- All student recipients must not be on disciplinary probation with the university at the time of application, selection and recognition.
Nominations:
- Any student, faculty, staff or alumni may submit nominations.
- The top three nominees from each campus will be selected. Finalists will include at least one individual or group of students and one student organization.
- Applications and nominations will be reviewed by a committee of staff, alumni and current student leaders.

The OSU/ATI CFAES scholarship application is now live for the next academic year! DO NOT WAIT TO APPLY!
If you plan to return to ATI next year or continue on to Columbus and plan to have a 2.0 GPA or higher, be sure to fill out the application to be considered for scholarship funding! Scholarships are distributed based on many factors, not just academic performance!
If you plan to return to ATI next year you will select ATI/Wooster for your campus. If you will be transitioning to Columbus AFTER this Spring, you will select the Columbus campus. It is VERY important that you select the correct campus as awards do not cross campuses.

Monday, November 2, 2020 OUAB Presents: Behind the Scenes with Josh Peck and Ashley Tisdale
For over 20 years, both Josh Peck and Ashley Tisdale have grown up in the spotlight. Josh, starring in numerous shows such as “Drake and Josh” and “The Amanda Show”, has since moved forward with recent projects in television, film, and social media. Similarly, Ashley has grown up playing characters in “High School Musical”, “The Suite Life of Zack & Cody”, “Phineas & Ferb”, and more. In addition to these roles, Ashley is a platinum-selling musical artist and continues to stay involved with acting. In this event, both will discuss what it was like to grow up as a child star, talk about their favorite projects, and share what the future holds.

Quenlin aka Quen has been destined for stardom since she was a young girl. With a total reach of over 6.3M followers, she’s been creating hilarious and vibrant content since her initial start on Vine. Quen is extremely popular on TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, and Instagram, and she prides herself on the boldness and authenticity of her content.
Brittany Broski took the internet by storm in 2019 with her wit, charm, and distaste for kombucha.

Austin Maguire (they/she) is a senior at the University of Pennsylvania. First Generation Celebration
Join the Buckeyes First Student Organization in a celebration of the first-generation college student identity on Sunday, November 8 from 5:00 – 6:00 pm virtually through zoom. Students, faculty, and staff come together to reflect, build community, and celebrate the experiences of being first-generation at The Ohio State University. Day of the Dead (Dia de los Muertos) Altar
Day of the Dead (Dia de los Muertos) is two day holiday, Nov. 1st and 2nd, that involves family and friends gathering to pray for and remember friends and family members who have died. An altar is used to to place photos, messages, favorite foods and drinks of the departed. Members of Wooster campus are invited to visit the altar in Skou Lounge until Nov. 4th. Paper and pens will be available for visitors to leave names or memories of loved ones.

Student Assistant Position at OARDC Available
Immunology and virology focused research lab in the Food Animal Health department has a position opened for a research assistant specializing research animal care.
Experience with pig handling and care is helpful. In addition to caring for the pigs, general lab maintenance is needed, specifically autoclaving supplies, restocking lab supplies, labeling collection tubes, preparing solutions and media.
Additional assistance is needed on necropsy days with animal restraint, collection of animal samples, tissue processing and storage of samples. This person will comply with lab and federal animal care protocols and go through the training requirements.
