  1. Recruit, Retain, Repeat

    Join us on August 16 from 5:30-6:30 p.m. for our last Student Org Essentials session of the the summer. The topic will be Recruit, Retain, Repeat. Your members are the most important part of your organization. We'll spend this time together discussing the holistic member experience including recruitment, new member onboarding, and retention. These are concepts you will be able to apply going into the involvement fair and fall semester! Register to attend now!   2. $50,000 in Prizes to Vaccinated Students, Faculty & Staff

    To support the health of the Ohio State community, the university will be awarding $50,000 in prizes to vaccinated students, faculty and staff through four weekly drawings in August. To be eligible, individuals must share their vaccination information with the university.

  5. Student Financial Aid Reminders

    Student Financial Aid Reminders

    Tuition and fees are due Tuesday, August 17th!  Is your financial aid in order? Please log into Buckeye Link and go to Financial Aid > My Financial Aid > 2022 Aid Year > Aid Summary tab to review your aid awards and the To Do List tab to take care of any outstanding items.  As a reminder, if you are accepting federal student loan offers, you must complete the Stafford Entrance Counseling and Stafford Promissory Note.  Any financial aid for autumn term will be noted as “pending financial aid” on your statement of account until 7-10 days prior to the semester beginning.  At that time, financial aid will itemize out.  Please refer to the Borrowing Money: Loan Options, Less than full-time chart, and 2021 Student Job Handout for more information on these topics.

    REMINDER: TUITION AND FEES ARE DUE AUGUST 17, 2021 If you do not need OSU Health Insurance, the deadline to waive is August 17, 2021. This applies to all new and returning students. Health Insurance must be waived at the beginning of each Academic Year.

    ArtiFlex: College Intern/Co-op  - PAID INTERNSHIP!!!

    Position Summary

    The College Intern/Co-op student will perform duties per rotational departmental assignment.  The Co-op student reports to the Manager or General Supervisor of the assigned department.  The job assignment per work session is determined by the Human Resource Director.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    The typical departments a Management Co-op may rotate through are: Human Resources, Quality, Continuous Improvement, Purchasing, Accounting, Finance, Sales, Engineering, and EHS (Environmental Health & Safety), Operations

    Competencies

    • High School Diploma
    • Current Junior or Senior in accredited college program
    • Ability to communicate orally and in writing
    • Ability to perform a wide variety of physical tasks
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Products

    Who you will work with:

    • All employees, departmental leaders, human resources department, external community contacts.
