Congratulations to the ATI Junior Livestock Judging Team!

Ohio State ATI's Junior Livestock Judging Team finished 2023 with a string of first-place finishes. 

At the Purdue Boilermaker Livestock Judging Contest in West Lafayette, Ind., the team earned champion status in five areas:

  • Champion Freshmen Team Overall
  • Champion Team in Reasons
  • Champion Team in Sheep
  • Champion Team in Swine
  • Champion Team in Beef

Individual high finishers included:

  • Ryane Bond, 4th High Individual Overall
  • Beau Johnson, 5th High Individual Overall
  • Mason Prouty, 8th High Individual Overall
  • Carter Hall, 13th High Individual Overall
  • Grace Ahrens, 14th High Individual Overall
  • Mason Johnson, 20th High Individual Overall

Earlier in the season, the team also placed highly at World Beef Expo in West Allis, Wisc. In addition to earning 3rd Overall Freshman Team, the team had a number of high-placing individuals, incuding:
